IJCEE starts charging nominal publication fee since August 2015, to offset expenses associated with the overall journal operations, publishing and printing, mailing and shipping, website maintenance, etc. Discounts are given to students (student ID number required for verification), and journal reviewers. (IJCEE thanks for the great support received from all the authors and readers. For submission before July 31, 2015, the publishing will still be free of charge)

 

Each accepted paper will be charged from 120 to 200 USD for publishing. Each paid publication fee is entitled to one published paper, up to 15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, one printed copy, and online publication on the journal website. Extra printed copy can be purchased for 80 USD, including mailing.

Free Policy: To encourage the submission from the developing countries, we will waive part or all of the publishing fee for a few developing countries. In addition, for good-quality papers which are recommended as excellent papers by the editorial board, the publishing will be free of charge.
